Corporations

Montgomery, Kelley, & Dennett, P.L.C. provides the following services in relation to establishing Corporate entities:

• Set up either a LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) or Inc. (Corporation)
• Prepare the Articles of Incorporation to be sent the State Corporation Commission
• Prepare Operating Agreements
• Act as Registered Agent
• Prepare yearly Meetings of the Corporation and any Special Meetings as needed
