Bill H. “Tex” McKinnon (1946 – 2018)
Tex was a graduate of the College of William & Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law with a Masters’ of Law and Taxation. For more than 20 years, he has practiced in the areas of juvenile criminal law, child custody, divorce, estate and trust planning and administration, and closely-held business representation.
Tex also had years of experience in real estate closings and real estate related issues, as well as extensive litigation experience involving estate and trust matters.
He was a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Criminal Division, and the Trust and Estate Divisions of the Virginia State Bar, and a member of the Williamsburg/James City County Bar Association.
